I have not been writing as much as I have wanted, partly because of training and partly just being very busy. I had a great weekend up on North Shore relaxing training and spending some much needed quality time with sio. We had some trail runs and a good ride through north shore stopping at some pretty locations to just enjoy where we have the privilege to train day in and day out.
The weekend came to a conclusion with a 70 mile windy bike yesterday and a hard 6.5 hilly run today. Needless to say that I am ready for a recovery meal and a night with my feet up. This leads me to wonder what others like as a recovery meal. I know that everybody likes a different meal. I really enjoy Baked salmon, Baked asparagus, mushrooms, bell peppers with lemon, salad with strawberries and some sort of vinaigrette and of course some e21 before bed. This makes for a recovered body and ready to take on the morning ahead. So what are you favorite recovery meals?
